The order of this production line

The production line includs the following equipments:

First part: Air compressor (alternate using)2 sets

Second part: Air tank1 set

Third part: The oven for heating1 set

Forth part: SJ-45 single screw extruder2 sets

Fifth part: Mould2 sets

Sixth part: Takein machine1 set

Seventh part: Cutting machine1 set

Eighth part: Controller2 sets

Nith part: Cleaning box for the mould1 set

Output

The output is following if the length of filter is 10’’.the inside diameter is 28 mm, the outside diameter is 60mm,the weight is 115kg.

The output is 2200~2700 pcs/ day in summer,

The output is 2500~3200 pcs/ day in winter,

You will see the difference between the summer and winter, it’s the reason that the speed of abstracting heat in winter than in summer.

The machine has a two important features:
